You might know me through my other work — Feel to Heal with Renee — where I help people reconnect with themselves and find their way back to wholeness. Soulful Sweets is an extension of that same mission.
For me, baking has always been healing. When words weren't enough, the kitchen was. Kneading dough became a form of meditation. Watching something rise in the oven became a reminder that we can rise too — from hard seasons, from loss, from the days when hope feels far away.
This bakery was born from my own journey. It started as therapy, became a passion, and grew into something I knew I had to share. Every cookie, cake, and pie that leaves my kitchen is made with healing hands and a hopeful heart.
After years of baking for family, friends, and community gatherings, people kept telling me: "Renee, you need to share these." So here we are. Not just a bakery — a daily act of hope, open to our whole community.
I don't use preservatives. I don't cut corners. I bake the way I've learned to live — one honest, intentional step at a time — because things made with genuine love just taste different.
